Surrendered from a breeder, Jujube is a snuggly pied gumdrop who just wants to love and be loved. This should be fairly easy since she charms all who meet her.

Healthwise, she has tested positive for Lyme antibodies, but she should be clear of that once she finishes treatment. Otherwise, she is a normal, active young Frenchie.

She is fine with kids and mellow, submissive dogs, but she really prefers the company of her own humans. Once she is by your side, she will entertain you with her comedy hijinks, as most Frenchies will. Her other interests vary. She likes to go for walks, chew on an antler, and cuddle, cuddle, cuddle! A fenced yard is a plus, but she would do well in a house or apartment as long as she gets her walks.

Jujube is possessive with her toys around other dogs, but with people -- oh, how she loves people -- she is an absolute doll. She is both crate-trained and housetrained, though she is still shy about asking to be let out. A stay-at-home human or a daytime visit during work hours would keep her on schedule. Or she could spend the day with you at work. Just be prepared: She is distractingly cute. Jujube could also use some training, and that would be great bonding time for you!

Our Lil' Miss Jujube is just as sweet as the candy. She cuddles every chance she gets. She has so much love to give and is looking for the perfect family to share that with. She absolutely deserves to be spoiled rotten and loved like no other.

If you are selected to be Jujube's family, you will have to travel to eastern Virginia to fetch her.
