Florence is a beautiful, completely deaf, petite 1-year-old girl. She came in to FBRN because of her deafness but once here, a large mass was discovered on the side of her jaw. She had surgery and it was discovered to be an impacted salivary gland that was incredibly infected. Surgery repaired things but it took months for the mass to heal. Florence in now infection free and ready to roll!
Florence is a love and a very determined young lady. She loves kids, loves to play, and loves to be active. She gets along perfectly with her foster fur siblings: a Frenchie, an English bulldog, and Yorkies. Her BFF is the English bulldog! Florence has so much pep in her step since she has healed up and she requires lots of exercise and play time.
Florence absolutely loves toys. Her favorites are Moochews and Nylabones. She’s not picky though. Any toy is a great toy, in her humble opinion!
Florence in house trained and crate trained, but she will potty in her crate. She’ll also bark if she realizes that someone is home as she can feel the vibration of footsteps through the floor. There is no sneaking around this girl!
