Lorraina and her brother, Osgood, are the product of a divorce situation. But Lorraina, an energetic 7-year-old black masked fawn sweetie, isn’t going to let that slow her down!

Although she came to FBRN with some breathing problems and a UTI, a little nip and tuck of her palate, nares, and her vulva should take care of them in the future.

At home, she is a social butterfly who loves everyone she meets. Considering her enthusiasm for playing, she would do best in a home with children over 10 who can tell when she's had enough and might be overheating. She is just as friendly with other dogs, as long as they understand that her toys are HERS. A submissive male would be an ideal housemate! And now that she’s able to breathe freely, she has learned the joys of running and playing. Throw the ball! She’s an adventuresome spirit, so a fenced yard is a must. And no cats or small critters, please.

Once she’s inside, though, she is ready to snuggle or spend some time quietly chewing on a bone. Lorraina is housebroken, but her limit is around 6 hours, so a home where someone can be with her during the day or can drop in on her or get a dog-walker at noon is preferred. She really is not able to manage 8 hours without a potty break, so applicants should keep that in mind. You can take her to the office, too! Her foster family has even taken her on vacation, so she knows how to travel well.

Lorraina is ready to start again. Her foster home knows that she’ll make some family very happy with her funny antics!
