This 3-year-old girl is a happy Frenchie who just loves snuggling, going for car rides and playing with her stuffies (and not destroying them!) She gets along well with other dogs, and has a lot of fun roughhousing, but tends to only do so with bigger dogs. When she meets new dogs she does like to assert dominance a little, but following that display she does great with them. She doesn’t like to share her food and has to be fed in another room or in her crate, but she is fine with toys. She’s even crate and housetrained, and knows a few tricks! This girl is pretty much a dream.

Alaska also loves kids! She gets along great with the 11-year-old in her foster home, and she also did well with houseguests as young as 3. Her ideal family would probably have one or two children, or be with a single person or couple willing to make Alaska the center of their world! She deserves one of the best! An apartment would be fine as long as she was given a lot of exercise. A fenced-in yard would also be great since she loves wandering, but she has a strong prey drive, so keep that in mind if your neighborhood has slow squirrels or baby bunnies that she might catch and despatch. First time Frenchie owners would be fine, as long as they've done their research. She would love to have someone home with her all day, but she would also be fine with someone who left for work or could take her along.
