Fancy, an 8-year old brindle, was surrendered by a breeder who could no longer take care of her. She’s a little blind and has chronic dry eye that requires medication, but otherwise Fancy is a playful and healthy love bug who might be right for you!

As for this one, she has no problems with most people -- furry or otherwise! -- that she’s met. She loves other dogs, kids over 10, and all other humans! She can be a bit shy at first, but her easygoing manner makes her an ideal companion, and she will make the transition period worth your while with her wiggle-butt dance when you come home.

She is quite agreeable about sharing her toys and food, and her sociability means that Fancy would love to have a doggie friend for company when you’re out. She doesn’t like being crated, but she can hold her pee for about 5 hours. She would be happiest in a home with someone home during the day, but if you work 8-hour days, she would appreciate someone to give her a break in the middle of the day. Or take her to the office! She’d be into that.

Fancy has had no formal schooling, but she can walk on a leash. She’s not too fussy about how she spends the day. It doesn’t take much to keep her busy, whether it’s a bowl of ice cubes or a Nylabone. What makes her happiest is human attention, and she will cry and fuss if she’s left alone for too long.

She’s the classic Velcro dog, following you around when you’re in the house, and cuddling you when you’re on the couch. She is, in a word, lovable.
