Grayson has a bite history.

Handsome Grayson has found his way to the available page and is on his best behavior in his search for his forever family! This big-boned frog is a young, healthy, fit Frenchie looking to find the perfect home. Might that be you? Read on to find out!

Grayson was surrendered to FBRN because he didn't get along with the other dog in his home. Grayson is more of a people person and he'd be just fine in a home with no other pets (including cats). He absolutely loves his people and is a big fan of car rides, soccer balls and squeaky toys.

A home with kids might be a possibility for Grayson. Older, dog-savvy kids would be best for Grayson. He does have a bite history. Grayson bit a child in his former home, however, it was provoked and not at all severe. Still, small children will not do for Grayson. He'll need a home with experienced dog owners.

Grayson is house-trained, crate-trained and knows several commands. However, he does need continual work with his obedience training. Sometimes he'll need a reminder or two on the skills he's already learned. Grayson can be a bit nervous in new environments, so he might have a few accidents when you first bring him home. But with love, patience and guidance he'll remember his potty-training as he learns the schedule in his new home! Many foster dogs experience regression in their potty training for a period of time as they adjust to their new home. Adopters should be prepared for that possibility and have realistic expectations.

The perfect home for Grayson would be one where he can be the center of attention. He is a happy, lovable little guy who loves to go on walks or play ball. Oh boy, does Grayson love to play ball! He especially loves to play with his soccer ball! He can be a little nutty about it.

A quiet household would be ideal for Grayson. A small family with teens would be a-ok, but if you're a retired couple looking for a companion, Grayson would like to volunteer for the job! He's an excellent traveler and loves the car!

Grayson is not great at going potty on a leash, so we would prefer a home with a small fenced yard for him to do his business. A home with a fenced yard in the city would be okay as he likes walks. He is not a dog-park kind of guy, though! He's not really a fan of other canines.

If you work away from home, Grayson will need to a potty break mid-day. When you fill out your application, let us know how you'll arrange for a lunch-time potty break. He could also go to the office with you, so long as he was the only pooch!
