I made the 'feathers' too. It was really easy. I bought foam sheets and used a template, cut them out and then hot glued them together. Then attached to her harness w/ pipe cleaners. It was super-easy and I am NOT a crafty person.

Oh yes!!! She knows when I get the camera out. I really think she does.
