Ouch! Witch hazel in a cotton pad can help clean it.
That food seems good

It is possible, what was the need for the change? I would avoid chicken too, that seems to be a common problem for bulldogs

Has anything in the house changed or a change to food?

The Apoquel might give belly issues, but as Citty mentioned.. ask you vet about Cytopoint shots instead

Citty gave you great insight.... it really depends on the dog

Many issues.... could be the protein in the food, if chicken switch to turkey or duck. Also, with scooting, I’d have her poo tested for parasites

Beautiful babies!!

I would have a vet check that, do a skin scrape for mange to rule it out, but it looks like it needs to be checked.
Lamb is considered a hot protein, meaning high chance of allergy.... try duck or turkey protein and see if it clears up
I would get off the chicken, for whatever reason many bullogs have issue with processed chicken. Go back to what you were doing if he wasn't having issues with tat food or just change the protein of...
LOL... as it should be! Happy New Year!!

No, it is not normal... I would have a skin scrape done

Can’t really see bumps, but it does look like fur is gone. I would get a skin scrape done at the vet to check for mange.
