Feedings

When I feed my frenchie, she DEVOURS her food. She acts like she hasnt ate in days. She does not chew her food either. I feed her 1 1/2 cup a day as she's still a puppy but i feel like im not feeding her enough. I dont want to overfeed her either. I have started giving her small amounts at a time and still she just gobbles it Down. Is this normal behavior for French bulldogs? My shorkie doesnt do that. And no I do not leave food out so she can eat whenever. She is on a strict schedule for training purposes.
