I have a French bulldog puppy who is about 7 months now. He recently started acting WILD, and started reverting in popping outside and very ornery recently. He is a male and still not neutered. Not sure if it is just related to his parts have finally dropped or if he’s in the terrible twos of puppies LOL. He also recently started getting floppy ears again, so I’m wondering if he’s going through a growth spurt as well.

I had a previous male dog and my goal was to neuter him at a year old, but around 6 months he began displaying undesirable behaviors and some aggression. My vet recommended we not wait any longer and we had him neutered between 6-7 months. We experienced zero issues and had our sweet boy back.

Yes.. 8-10 months they can go through a rebellion stage. Back to basics training to reinforce appropriate behavior.

Neuter anytime after 10 months
