Bald spots Behind both ears

Hi There -
We just brought home our new little Frenchie, Pierre, who is 10 weeks old, and we noticed that he has 2 fairly sized thin/bald spots on the back of his ears along the bottom base of each ear. The skin appears healthy, he does infrequently scratch it, and there is no redness or sign of irritation. The breeder said the spots were lighter there “because he is still a puppy” and that they would grow in eventually. Has anyone seen anything like this? Thanks in advance did any advice you may have with this .

At that young of age, i would have a skin scrape done to rule out mites/mange

Yes, it is due to a weak immune system

Normal to me. That's how our little one was at that age. Don't remember when it started to fill in.
