Please welcome Bronson (Gus) to SMRS. This 5 year old cutie comes to us from a local shelter as a cruelty seizure case. He was starved and had a body score of 2 and only weighed 15 pounds. He is now up to a healthy 33 lbs and is a hunky guy. He just wants to be loved and snuggle and play with his foster brother. He is definitely a velcro frenchie and will be your shadow. He does not have any anxiety and does well when crated. He plays fetch and loves all the toys he can find. He will lay on his back and throw them around the livingroom. He is very docile and has such a gentle nature. Given his sweet and loving nature he has not let his past abuse get him down. He is fully vetted and everything is now in working order. He takes food and treats very gently and is not a jumpy type of dog so he would probably be ok with kids over 8+ years old. He has not been exposed to cats in his foster home so we are going to say no cats to be safe. He is very laid back and would love nothing more than to have a family to dote on him all day long. He loves to play with his foster brother and his forever home would be great if he had a playmate. We cannot say enough that he is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever had in the rescue.
