Penny is a compact little cream 3 year old Frenchie. She is such a happy girl. She has three slipped discs and a pinched nerve so her walk is a little funny sometimes and she'll fall over easy if the ground isn't level but it doesn't stop her at all. She bounces right back up and continues on. Penny gets along with most dogs but her foster mom isn't too sure about about cats. She'll need a home with older or no kids due to her bad back and the risk of them paying too hard with her. Penny will benefit from things like acupuncture, water therapy, and cold laser therapy.
