ALLERGY ADVISE

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help with my dogs allergies. She is on tablets but around this time of year her skin starts to look like this. She is licking her paws and scratches her face when her medication wears off (around morning & afternoon) however even when she does not scratch her skin still looks like this.

Help what can I do I feel so bad for her it is not diet related as in the winter her skin is fine.

if you are sure it is not diet... I would wipe her with a cool wash cloth (face, paws and belly) after each time she is outside. Also, give a probiotic to keep her immune system strong.

To help with the itch you can give Benadryl 1 mg per pound of dog up to 3 x a day
