Antacid recommendations

If you give your Frenchie an antacid...what kind do you give, how much, and how often, how successful?

Hugo has been regurgitating a LOT recently so I had him taken for X-Rays which came back fine. He has an elevated food bowl already, eats ground raw meat, organ, and bone x 4 small meals a day and any treats I give him are broken up, so I really don’t know what else I can change there for him.

The vet has prescribed him omeprazole 10mg once a day but I’m wondering what other options there are if this fails to work after the prescription runs out.

I use the store brand of famotidine, 10mg per day... I cut the pill and give half with each meal

Agreed, Famotidine is good, usual dose is 0.5-1 mg/kg every 12-24 h
