Brown scabby like skin around nipples

I rescued my girl in the summer. The skin all around her nipples was brown and I thought it was just her coloring. Recently it's seemed really dry so I rubbed coconut oil on it and it's started coming off. She's gets a bath once a month and it has never come off then. Has anyone ever seen this before?

No, but see if it will come off with the coconut oil? Maybe just dried dirt that was caked on?
