Bump above eye

Hi everyone! My French Bulldog (Knox - 15 weeks old) just delevoped a bump a over his eye over the past week. Has anyone experienced this before? We have a cat, so thought it might have been a scratch, but from the way it appears now, I'm thinking it could be something else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hard to tell from the pic, but could be a scratch, or the start of a hot spot. Try some Vetericyn on it and see of it clears up in a week.

it is hard to see.... it might be a histiocytoma, they are harmless and go away on their own in a few weeks. look it up see if any of the images look like what he has

is he squinting?

Maybe a dermoid? it might be a birth defect since it just became visible at 15 weeks. usually they are too small to notice before the puppy is 2-3 months old anyways. if it is dermoid, it is congenital and I am hoping you have some type of health guarantee from where you got him from.

see if you can spot the bump from previous pictures of him if you have any. perhaps some pics you got from the breeder???
