Bumps on 12 week year old puppy head

How’s it going? So my puppy she’s 12 weeks, she started getting tiny bumps on her head, does anyone relate to this?

It is probably mange/mites. Vet appointment is needed for a kin scrape.

Also add a probiotic to help strengthen immune system
