Bumps on frenchies leg

I noticed that my frenchie has 2 bumps on his front leg. I know he has a joint here but i dont remember seeing them stick out like bumps. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal? He has no issues walking or running.

It's kind of hard to see in the picture. Is it swollen or is it firm like a cyst? If it is not bothering him and his behavior seems normal, I would watch it for a couple of days.

Just looks like big knuckles or something. They have been like that since i can remember. Just checking to see if its normal.

It could just be how his legs are developing?

It does seem to be sticking out a bit but as Jess said maybe it's just how his legs have developed. I would keep an eye on it.
