Hey,

New member from London. I just wanted to say thanks for the forum as I’ve got so much comfort/reassurance for his surgery tomorrow by digging through the archives

Any other recovery tips such as no barking , frozen yoghurt or other ways to make it comfortable for the little man .

Did all of yours have steroids to reduce swelling risk after? Mine mentioned it can increase vomiting risk so she will see once finished ?

B has mild stenotic nares. What do you think?! The palate is really thick and long so it’s easy decision but the nose we had dilemma/discussion.

Thanks again

Hey

It went well thanks. He ate well and slept well post surgery with no hiccups yet

He’s making a funny noise breathing but that’s normal I assume

It doesn’t seem like his right nostril/nare has had much removed or is that just the stitching at the moment ? The left is obvious from before

Glad to hear he’s doing well. Hopefully he makes a full recovery and is back to playing and enjoying life again soon.
