Little Cherry is as cute as a button with a personality to match it. Her spirit and personality definitely say Frenchie.

She is 4 1/2 years old and was dumped on the island in Okinawa Japan where a rescue we work with rescued her from a high kill shelter and reached out to our rescue to take her to the US and find her a forever home.

Cherry has traveled from Japan to find the perfect home! Although the dyed heart on her rump fades- her true heart continues to blossom. She is 4 years old, spayed, and current on her vaccinations.


This lovely lady is potty trained and will not chew on any of your valuables. She does love a good chew bone to keep busy- but does need a little coaxing when it comes to playing with other toys. She would much rather roll on her back and get some play time tummy scratches/rough housing/and snuggles in with her human. She has a gentle nippy play style- so best she go to a home with older, or no children. She is not well socialized and therefore we recommend she be the only dog in the home. With slow introductions she has done well with other dogs, but time and patience is key. Supervision a must!


The perfect home for Cherry would be one where she can take long daily strolls with her family — or have a fenced in yard that she can explore in. You see, she just loves the outdoors! Intrigued by everything- especially cars, you’ll have to keep a firm grip on the leash at all times! She gets so excited to go outside- you’ll even want to take her for long jaunts in the winter months!


Lastly, Cherry is a huge licker! So you must love doggie kisses!
