So it all started when my pup was 2 months old. She had her first UTI and I quickly took her to the vet and gave me some antibiotics. They did a urinalysis and told me a few days later it was fine. She's been fine till last week she started showing symptoms again. I took her to the vet again and this time the vet did an X-ray and another urinalysis. This time I wanted culture done to see what's going on. He didn't give me any antibiotics and said wait for the results. So of course the next day my pup was fine. I do feed her raw food, goat milk yogurt, cranium supplements, and add apple cider vinegar to her water every few days. So I had to call the vet for the results and he said they found nothing!
She's starting to show symptoms again! I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions

That's strange that if she is having symptoms, as in frequent urination with small amounts, then something is going on. Sounds like you are giving her a good diet, plus if you are restricting water at night, I would not do that. You can also give her a daily pill of "Nutramax Crananidin Chewables".

Some female frenchies need surgery for a hooded (recessed) vulva which can cause UTI. "Episioplasty, the treatment of choice for dogs with excessive perivulvar skin folds, is a relatively simple procedure in which skin from between the anus and vulva is resected." If it's only a moderately hooded vulva you can try wiping her immediately after every time she pees, and shampooing the area frequently, and that may work.

Also, try to increase her fluid intake by giving her two bowls , one with water and one with broth. Just leave out the broth bowl for 15 minutes because it will get contaminated fast. Take her out frequently for a pee. Try giving her dog specific probiotics eg. VetriScience Laboratories Mega Probiotic, Probiotic Miracle etc.

Ive been giving her those chewables right after her first uti. But I blame myself because I stop giving it to her. But from her last "UTI" I've been giving it to her everyday

Crazy question...could she be marking?

I had a female Jack Russel that did this when she was younger pee/stop/walk a few steps and pee/repeat 2 times. She was also very hyper so it was as if she would not finish all at once because there was too much going on that she would miss.

Also how much ACV are you using?? I ask because it has an alkalizing effect and can cause urinary crystals. You may consider having the acidity of her urine checked again or purchasing your own ph strips to monitor since it seems to come and go and you are only using the ACV every few days I am thinking there could possibly be a connection.

When I take my dog out for a pee, she usually pees two or three times. I think she holds in some pee so she can mark her territory in various spots. But if it's cold weather, she will make her pee once, and run back inside.
