Has anyone else experienced strange behavior from their Frenchie after giving them Drontal Plus? This is the second time I've given to my little girl and both times she acts so strange. She can't relax. Very agitated. Trouble sleeping. Am I the only one?

I've never heard of that one. Maybe Google it to see what the side effects are.

You could try Milbemax which would cover the same worms and also cover heartworm. It has one ingredient that is the same- praziquantel, so if that is the one causing the excitation, you will get that as well. Milbemax could also cause some diarrhea and vomiting.

Forgot to mention that Milbemax can't be used unless you know your pet is heartworm negative, since it can cause a serious anaphylactic type reaction if your pet has heartworm, from rapid die off.
