Foul smelling burps

Rootbeer recently started having foul smelling burps. They smell a little bit sulfur-y and actually smell very similar to his most recent farts. He does eat his poop as well as his siblings poop any chance he gets. Could it just be from the poop eating or could it be something more serious we need to visit the vet for? Any ideas?

I bet it's the poop eating. I would try the for bid powder, and see if that helps.
