French bulldog head shaking

Hi this morning my frenchie starting to shake his head during sleep. Took him to the vet and the vet said that everything is fine and all of his vitals are good. I think it may be head tremors because he doesn't have any foam coming out of his mouth and his snaps himself out of it very quickly. That is common for french bulldogs right? Is there anything that can help a little?

It is very common in bulldogs, boxers, dobermans and rotties..... if no signs of seizures and he is responsive... harmless and painless head tremors... give a treat of some type to distract.

Okay thank you! I'm giving my dog some Greek yogurt now to boost his calcium and low blood sugar hopefully it helps out.

Update he hasn't had any head tremors I've been giving him Greek yogurt
