It is not a quality food, full of fillers. Some examples of high quality kibble would be Fromm, Acana, Orijen, Nature’s Variety, Zignature to just name a few. Check out dogfoodadvisor.com.

I adopted my Frenchie at around age 1 when her owner didn't want to keep her. I was given a bag of Royal Canin French Bulldog formula, and if I remember correctly, chicken by-product was the very first ingredient. If your budget can handle it, try to avoid any kibble that contains by-products, meal, and chemical preservatives. I switched to one of the higher quality brands mentioned above before ultimately changing to a commercial frozen raw food. My dog has really bad food and environmental allergies though, so I am saving tons on trips to the vet to tackle skin and ear related issues, by having her eat better. Good luck.
