Hair above eye

Above his left eye appears different to the other eye, and I’m not sure what it is. It looks like a bit of hair loss above the eye. Can anybody help?

I have been dealing with the same thing. I have been cleaning Oliver with Pet MD Chlorhexidine Wipes and then applying Natural Dog Company's skin soother. It has been a little over a week since I started this and I see some improvement. I have asked about this on a FB frenchie page and some people mentioned it could possibly be Mange. If you look that up it's pretty gross. I hope it's not that!

It’s crazy what has happened. Over night the eyelid swelled up more, then when I woke up at 5am both of his eyes were swollen as well as his mouth. Right now all the swelling has gone down apart from the opposite eye to the original picture I posted. I think he had an allergic reaction, I’m just relieved that the swelling is going down and he’s looking normal again.
