Hi all, newbie here.

Based in the U.K, I have two boys ages 7 and 4 Harvey and Frankie
both that I’ve had from puppies.

They have just both encountered their first hair/skin concern which I posted in the relevant section. I am hoping someone can give me some advice/ or if they had exactly the same and what was the exact cause/diagnosis and treatment.
