Help my French has swelling on her face

My French bulldog has swelling on her face what could this be

Was she in contact with any shrubbery or brush? Or, anything that could have been sprayed by bug poison lately? Could you perhaps provide a picture?

Probably a bee sting or something, if she is swelling give her benedryl ASAP and get to the vet. Benedryl dosage is 1mg per pound, so a Frenchie usually takes 1 25mg capsule.

I think what had happened was I had purchased some of the PETKIN WHIPES AT WALMART to whip her feet down and she got around her face any who long story short I had some prednison that I had from a couple months ago from her skin infection she had and the swelling has went down?
Tremendously! Other wise I still would be worried

I wouldn't use baby wipes to wipe their feet with as some of them are very toxic to dogs.
