we have a male frenchie and he is 8 months old he is on a raw tripe and duck diet fed twice a day he gets 200 grams in the morning and 300 grams around 5pm he weighs around 10 kilo but when we feed him on a morning he eats it in one go but licks the bowl out as though he wants more are we feeding him enough ???

500 grams are around 17 oz, your pup is around 22 lbs, so that is definitely enough food.
If he seems so hungry in the morning, maybe you are able to spread the food over 3 meals a day? Or give him a snack in the evening.
Depending on when you feed in the morning, between the 5 pm feeding and the morning feeding, he may get hungry because raw digestes in 4-6 hrs and its quite some time in between your feedings.
