The gel in this one is cool just from the house temperature, but you can also put it in the refrigerator or freezer if you are going to be using it outdoors. I looked online at several, then saw this one at Bed Bath and Beyond. With their coupon, it was only $20 and it is the 24x36 size.
Pierce was laying on the cool kitchen floor earlier in the doorway that went outside. That is when I decided it was the perfect time to give this a try. He hadn't moved off of it in the last 25 minutes or more.
