Little Bumps on Head

Hi fellow Frenchie owners!
I got my baby for Christmas! He is now 11 months old!
I wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with that these are?
It was a raised bump when he was a puppy but he had hair on it. Now it looks like a scab with no hair on top. He now has a second one growing.
Has anyone dealt with this before?

Yes we had the same thing with our frenchie. Had one spot on her head, then seemed to get worse. A month or so later, just went away. I have no idea what caused it. We started bathing her less and now use wipes in between bathing as needed. Not sure if that was the fix or if it was something else entirely.

It most like is either mites(mange) or staph infection. A vet visit is needed to scrape and test to determine
