Mr franchise is developing pussy lumps and skin blemishes

Hi I have a six month old bitch and she has a lump appeared on her back which had puss in , two round blemishes in her skin which is not irritating her. Took her to the vet and they don't know what it is and have just given some antibiotics. Has anyone experiences this before ? And may know what it is.

Oops sorry, she has a lump on her back and one on her head that has a small amount of puss in it. We have got some antibiotics and cream, but just wondered if it is a result of an allergic reaction to her last vaccination which seemed to be the start of her lumps. She also had a large lump where the vaccination was administered.
