Need some help with gagging/vomiting issues

My sweet frenchie is 2 years old and has already had the soft palette surgery and a nose job to help with breathing. He is about a month and half post surgery and is starting to vomit and gag again every time he eats. I cook his food and it is a very bland diet. I was feeding him 3 times a day but now have split those feeding in half and he is eating 6 smalls meals a day and still gagging and vomiting. I use the standard process canine whole body support supplement and klaire labs digestive enzymes. The digestive enzymes are clearly not working (they are human grade and what I personally use) and I'm at a loss. The vet is pointing to the surgeon and the surgeon is suggesting I talk to my vet. There are so many probiotics online and I'm just really frustrated. I would greatly appreciate any help, suggestions or guidance.

I use Barks n whiskers digestive enzymes and they work well. For probiotics.. try raw goats milk or a small amount of refrigerated sauerkraut
