Nipple - Milk retention?

So, Quella just finished going through her 'heat' cycle and I noticed that at the base of a few nipples there is a thick dime sized lump. I'm wondering if it has to do with possible milk development and retention and will eventually go away. Have any other Frenchies had their girlie time and you can feel the same?

Some get breast development while in heat, or false pregnancy. If it's not gone down in about a week, I would take her to the Veterinarian to be checked.

Agreed, it's likely just swelling from the new hormones, it should go back to normal after a few weeks.

Yep agree with the others, it should go down after awhile.
