Nylabones

Hi,,

Bodhi has a few Nylabones she loves to chew. The ends are getting a little frayed, Is this bad if she has injested some of this material? At what point do you dispose of these ?

I usually cut or dremel them off and maybe once a year -- through them in the dishwasher for a good cleaning Does hurt them as long as the pieces are tiny, which is why I keep an eye on them and cut/clean them up

OMG !! I have been throwing them out like every week !! I thought that was much too expensive LOL she's gone through about 10 of them !

I do the same as 2bullymama too! Take sandpaper or a file too them. I also do it if he manages to get a sharp bit on his antlers. Hope it saves you a few bones in the long run!

Wow! looks like my boys are really gentle with nylabones. They have never chewed them open or split to pieces. Those things seem to last forever at hour household
