Paraplegic French bulldog recurring bladder/bacterial infection

Adopted Zoey last January as is, MRI results showed blank zone, neurological prognosis was surgery wouldn’t help. Concerned that usually about 1week after completing antibiotic regimen it begins to show up again. Feel pretty confident about expressing urine, I’m with her all day. Started Hills C/D, doesn’t seem affect anything. I need a solution! I want her to live as long as possible, please help!

Is she drinking enough water? Maybe try to express more frequently to see if that helps. Good luck!

You might try adding a little water to her food and give her Nutramax Crananidin. You can get it online from Chewy. We give Hazel one tablet each day as she will get UTI's easily.
