Has anyone had any experience with treatment for this? I clean her everyday with Malacetic wipes so the area is very clean. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

They can get them sometimes. Try not using the Malacetic wipes for awhile and see if that helps. Might be causing an irritation.
