Your babies are adorable!
Yes,all Frenchies have short tails,however they come in all kinds of forms. Cork-screw form, or little longer, short & tight etc. Some of them(depending on their form/position) require cleaning throughout the day because nasty stuff can nest there and cause infections/soreness/itching.
