Rabies Titer Results

Paid more to do a titer test on Rosie this year for rabies after reading about it from some on here. Her results came in today after 4 weeks and was done at Kansas State University. According to paperwork the standard to have is equal or over 0.1 IU/mL and Rosie's results are 14.1 IU/mL. Way above the standard

Good news! I never asked about a titer test but I bet it's pricey here in Canada.

Thanks all. Yeah the Vet called me today with results and said she is an immunity champ and also emailed me the report.

In Canada we have to vaccinate for rabies at least every year with the one year vaccine or every 3 years with the 3 year vaccine ( even though they are the same vaccine ). There would be no point in doing rabies titres here. My vet wants to do titres of the core vaccine ingredients every year, or vaccinate with the core vaccine yearly, but from what I've been reading they should last at least 5 years. I wonder if people here are vaccinating their French bulldog with the core vaccine every 2-3 years or if they are doing titres ever 3 years or 5 years or yearly ?
