Rubbing nose when playing

Hi Everyone,

Do any of your Frenchies rub their nose on the carpet around a toy or chew when playing? Valentina is 1.5 now and has been doing it more and more recently. She kind of goes around in a circle almost trying to put whatever object she's playing with. She's doing it so much that now her little snout is starting to get some rug burns. Is it something I should be concerned with?

Yes and her nose has gone from black to a pinkish tan....

Never noticed ours doing that when we had carpet.

Cheli does this every now and then, not so much that he gets rugs burns, but he does do it. I think it is just one of the quirks of the breed... not all do it, but those that do enjoy it

Sometimes Jax will rub his face along the carpet but he's never gotten rug burns from it.

I have never noticed Wally doing this.

Bisou does this all the time. She LOVES the carpet. She'll rub her face, back, and tummy on it all the time. She's never gotten rug burns though.
