Seborrhea

Does anyones Frenchies suffer from seborrhea? Enzo started having circles of skin that has yellow flakes and when brushed they would bleed and scab. Vet tried an antibiotic saying it was a bacterial infection but after 3 weeks on the antibiotic it is still there. I washed him with an oatmeal medicated shampoo for seborrhea and it seemed to dry up a lot of it after one bath. Anyone have experience with this skin disease and how to maintain it since there is no cure? He is on Fromm grain free beef so not sure if it is a food allergy causing it.

Sorry, I don't have any experience with this, but have heard that frequent baths help, just have to find a shampoo that works well. Not sure if food will help, but can't hurt.
