Tallulahs first Christmas

So proud of my little T. 35 people over for Christmas Eve & she was great. The crowd didn't bother her at all, she had a new lap to relax on all night long. It was really loud, really crowded & lots of kids. I was prepared to have to crate her away from the mayhem, but i never had to - she enjoyed it all & was lavished with attention. Thanks everyone. She is a special little girl -a girl the first vet I took her to at 12 weeks old told me had hydrocephaly, was blind in one eye, and gave me papers saying she was unfit for purchase so i could return her. I got a second opinion & that vet didn't agree, so we decided to keep our ugly little alien looking puppy.

So glad we did. She isn't blind-although she probably doesn't see completely clearly out of one eye- developed normally, and although her eyes are a bit wide set & she is tiny, she is perfectly normal & the puppy love of our lives.

Her pearl collars ( amazon $4) are my way showing her that she was really just a swan hiding in the ugly duckling. She deserves to look fabulous!

I bet she was the hit of the gathering! How could she not be? What an adorable and sweet little one. I agree about the pearls, she deserves to look fabulous! I'm going to amazon right not to try and find some of those for Twiggy when she comes to live with me!

Your a good mom with a great big heart!!!! So nice your lil girl behaved so well with all the commotion. You must be proud. My Stella has hydrocephalus and horrible allergies. We do the best we can.
