Taste of the wild

As most of you know, I live with Picky McPickson! I've tried every single Fromm formula, Origen, Honest Kitchen, home cooking.... and mealtime is always a chore with special additives etc.

Well I had a few samples of taste of the wild from a frenchie birthday goody bag.... I didn't give them much thought as I had not researched the brand.

Yesterday on a whim I poured him a bowl of the puppy formula, and I was surprised he ate 3/4 of it.

This morning.... same thing! Almost all of the portion.

I mean don't get me wrong, he wasn't begging for more lol but it's a substantially greater baseline of how much he ate without adding anything to it.

Does anyone feed their dog Taste of the Wild? Any recommendations on flavor? I tried the high prairie puppy formula. Does the high prairie adult have the same flavor?

Anyone recommend against this brand?

I have not fed it but know many Bulldog owners that do with great results--- worth a try for sure

My only concern is that it's made by Diamond pet foods which have had a few recalls over the years ( 2005,2012,2013). Diamond pet foods also make Costco brand dog food and some Chicken Soup, Solid Gold, Canidae flavours.

I'm currently feeding TOTW Pacific Stream puppy forumula. I switched from Nature's Variety and she seems to do fine with it. Then again, Maddy is not a picky eater.

There is a Pacific Stream Canine formula (for adult).

I feed Taste of the wild. Twiggy was being fed the same thing before I got her, so I stuck with it. The breeder she came from is fantastic, and if she trusts it, I trust it. I've got nothing but good things to say about it.
