Throwing up

Hi everyone. My frenchie is now 5 months old and I'm having a issue. Since I brought him home when I first got him he would throw up often after he would eat or run around. Usually just water or regurgitated food. I thought he was just getting worked up and excited. It's slowed down some but he still does it at 5 months. Sometimes once a day up to 3 times. Has anyone had issues similar to this? Should I take him to vet immediately? Thanks

Jax will throw up after drinking too much water too fast. He will also throw up if he eats right after coming home from daycare or going for a long walk.

Just can't decide if I should take him to o vet or if it's normal. I'd hate to find out later he had some type of digestive problem
