Tiny brownish spots near vulva?

My puppy has been home for a week, already went the vet on monday but now I am noticing these little tiny brown specks near her vaginal area...the red spots my vet said is like a puppy "cradle cap" and would go away on its own...any ideas what the little specks may be? I wipe her down with a baby wipe in that area daily

Probably just where the little red spots are healing. I wouldn't worry too much about them, unless they get a lot worse.

Bisou gets those from time to time, ranging from little dots to about half the size of a dime. I can't tell if it's the same as Bisou gets, but for us they wipe off real easily and haven't really concerned us much. I'd keep an eye on them and, unless it gets worse, just bring it up next time you're in for a vet visit.

Looks like dirt in the pores? My pitbull we had to put down got them on her belly sometimes...

I would say just keep cleaning the area with the wipes, and they should go away soon.
