Tumor in ear

Hi so my Frenchie Patch has had constant ear pus and wax since August. I’ve posted his condition and you all have been very helpful with your advice. I’ve tried everything from changing food to various medications. I finally took him to a different Veterinarian to have his ear flushed. He also took an X-Ray which showed that he has a tumor. This tumor is blocking his ear from draining correctly. Has anyone heard of this? I need to take him for a cat scan and to another specialist to see if surgery is needed. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it because I don’t think I can afford the surgery right now.

How scary... I have no experience with this but send you tons of positive thoughts and prayers
