Very small puppy

Hi, I just picked up my first frenchie. She is 12 weeks and only 5 lbs. Breeder thinks she should be about 18-20 lbs full grown. Has anyone had a similar weight around this age? Thanks!

She is from a good breeder and she is healthy. She eats and drinks but is very small 12 weeks and about 5lbs. I cant figure out how to get the picture up.

Wally is a beast at 32lbs but I know a few Frenchies on IG that are about 18lbs. They all come in different shapes and sizes.
