My frenchie used to eat chicken thigh and dry dog food twice a day. No issues with regurgitation. I introduced Zignature wet food to her and now she vomits a little bit. She is still very active and normal. Suggestions or go back to chicken thighs?

It would definitely be healthier to switch to a dehydrated raw or frozen raw rather than a canned dog food. So best would be to switch from giving dry dog food, canned dog food and chicken thighs to just dehydrated raw or just frozen raw dog food, eg. to Honest Kitchen or Grandma Lucy's for a dehydrated raw, or Answers dog food for frozen raw. Also, it would be safer to avoid chicken and products with grains since a lot of bulldogs are allergic to these.
