Any advice?

Hello there, so I am a truck driver and my female (Reign) goes with me on my truck for the week and never pees in my truck no matter how long she’s in there but at home she sometimes pees on the floor at night while we sleep. Any ideas why?

My short answer is no lol. One of my female bulldogs is fully capable of holding it all night as well but every now and then she will pee in the house during the night. I have found no rhyme or reason to it.

They are stinky little buggers..... my male will at times, just randomly pee in the house as well.
